Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026

Business use

Leads.biz is offered for lawful business purposes. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and be authorized to act for the business using the service.

List license and availability

A purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered data for your own lawful business activities. Lists are not exclusive unless we expressly say otherwise. Data availability varies, fields may be blank, and intent signals do not guarantee that anyone is ready to buy.

Your compliance responsibilities

You decide how to use a list and are responsible for your outreach. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules, including CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Do Not Call requirements and scrubbing, privacy rules, and consent requirements. Do not use Leads.biz data for harassment, discrimination, deception, sensitive eligibility decisions, or any unlawful purpose.

Accounts, orders, and service changes

You may not access another customer's account or data. Order details, pricing, availability, and any special terms shown at checkout form part of these terms. We may change or discontinue features, reject unlawful requests, or suspend access needed to protect customers, the service, or others.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leads.biz is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, data accuracy, deliverability, campaign performance, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leads.biz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or data. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Utah law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Utah unless applicable law requires otherwise.
